school aims to provide lessons that everyone can enjoy regardless of their age, size or ability. Sup also provides one of the safest and fun ways to get on the water.

We will utilize the safe zone in Donaghadee and Millisle for lessons. We also run tours and lessons in Downpatrick or the river and in Strangford Lough.
